Big Win: A servant leader who provides administrative support to help people receive spiritual care and grow in their faith through groups, counseling, prayer, and Biblical literacy.
The Discipleship Administrator serves under the Discipleship Pastor on the Ground War Team. A part time position, the schedule is generally Sunday-Thursday for a total of 20 hours per week. This position is Non-exempt under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA).
Responsibilities
Administrative Support: Support the Discipleship Pastor through normal administrative tasks including: scheduling and coordinating events and meetings, submitting creative requests, maintaining department supplies and inventory and overseeing the purchase of necessary items. Prepare any material needed for transport and inform the receiving campus team. Provide support during department events such as Support Groups, Bible Studies, and midsize events. Assist team as a Rock Administrator to create forms, manage responses, send mail merges, etc.
Discipleship Budgeting: Assists the DP with overseeing and managing Nexonia reports for the Discipleship team.
Liquid Support Groups, Deep Dive, and Activity Groups – Provide administrative support including emails, ordering food, supplies, and materials and transport as needed for all three types of groups. Provide end of month numbers for groups and calculate growth. Reserve space in all buildings for these groups and meetings.
Baptism: Order, organize and coordinate all baptism supplies and provide administrative support for baptisms.
Care Ministry: The DA will provide administrative assistant specifically with the communication with students and CCEF while managing new registration, tracking grades, and collecting student payments.
Counseling: Maintain and ensure the most up to date documentation and contracts; for example, quarterly tracking.
Qualifications
Education - Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
Administratively gifted (King) first and Relationally gifted (Priest).
Proven administrative capabilities with the ability to manage multiple projects/responsibilities at one time.
Relational Ability - a “people” person who works well with staff & volunteers of varying personality types.
Personal Character - needs to be a person with a high level of integrity and personal character.
“Can do” Attitude – dependable & willing to do “whatever it takes” to make their campus effective.
Team Player - ability to work collaboratively with the Liquid Church staff on a daily basis.
Understands and supports the vision/mission of Liquid Church.
