Campus Operations Director

Summary of Position: Support the Campus Pastor and campus staff as a director-level leader by cultivating healthy systems, shepherding and developing volunteer and ministry teams, coordinating campus-wide initiatives and events, stewarding the day-to-day life of the campus, and serving as a bridge between the Campus and Central teams to foster unity, clarity, and shared vision.

Description of Responsibilities
- Weekly Sunday Follow up
Build and lead a volunteer team who closes the loop on all campus follow up items from Sunday, including first time guests, decisions to follow Jesus, baptism requests, etc.
Keep the Rock Database System updated weekly, assigning pipeline items to appropriate staff members, holding the team accountable to closing connection requests.
1. Activate - Next Steps Experience
Build and lead a team who help manage and coordinate all tasks and people assignments related to planning the monthly Activate experience.
This includes the follow up tasks leading up to and following the event, as well as logistics of the event itself.
2. Campus Events
Help plan and manage campus events by working with staff and volunteers. Example of the types of events to help lead:
- Baptisms
- Easter/HUNT
- Christmas
- Mother's Day
- Father's Day
- Block Party
- Outreach Events
3. Facility Management
Responsibility for coordinating building usage, booking of rooms for meetings, communication with Central Facility Team for any facility needs and communication with SMART (safety) team if needed for larger events.
4. Campus Support
Answer any general emails, voice messages, or social messages that come through for the campus. Record Campus meeting agenda and notes. Being the liaison between the Central staff and the Campus staff.
Administrative support for Campus Pastor or campus staff by being gatekeeper of time, managing expense reports and a liaison between them and the staff and volunteers. Available to assist in other duties assigned by the Campus Pastor.
5. Purchasing and budget management
Partner with the campus staff to help manage expenses, receipts, reimbursements, purchases, and budget reports.
6. Ministerial Support - Willing to support or perform ministerial duties. Echo.Church ministerial duties of all commissioned, licensed and ordained ministers includes:
- Praying and giving spiritual advice for others
- Leading others to worship by helping them serve with their gifts
- Teaching and leading Echo Groups
- Sharing the Gospel message with clarity
- Teaching, instructing, or organizing religious initiatives
- Performing baptisms, serving communion, performing wedding ceremonies and funerals.
