Job Description & Applications Questions
About Echo.Church
Echo.Church exists to lead people to say YES to Jesus and passionately follow Him. We are a multi-site church committed to creating welcoming environments where people can experience God’s love, grow in faith, and serve others. Through our ministries, outreach, and discipleship, we strive to make a lasting impact in our communities and beyond.
Overview
The Echo.Church Summer Internship is a 9-week immersive experience designed to equip students with hands-on ministry experience while helping them understand what ministry work and life are truly like. Interns will not simply observe—they will actively participate in real ministry environments, gaining a clear and practical picture of day-to-day ministry.
Our goal is to develop next generation leaders who grow both spiritually and practically, building leadership, integrity, and a strong work ethic. Interns will deepen their understanding of God, the Holy Trinity, and the Scriptures, learning not only what they believe but how to live it out in everyday ministry.
Interns will learn what it means to:
- Show up on time
- Take responsibility
- Follow through on commitments
- Serve with excellence
Through this experience, interns will gain hands-on ministry skills while also learning the rhythms and realities of ministry life, including teamwork, communication, receiving feedback, and staying consistent even when things are challenging.
While the program includes moments of fun and community, the primary focus is intentional growth and formation—spiritually, theologically, and practically. Interns will be challenged to step up, take ownership, and be the hands and feet on the ground for the Kingdom—making a meaningful impact in the life of the church.
