What you'll do:
- Develop and shepherd a leadership team that gives oversight to Group Leaders
- Identify and invest in Life Group Leaders
- Give leadership to the launch of Rooted Groups, a new and critical part of the discipleship strategy at Lakepointe
- Be a culture carrier at the Rockwall Campus for the importance of living and engaging in biblical community through Life Groups
- Assimilate men and women into Rooted Groups and Life Groups
- Actively engage in monthly All-Staff meetings and worship
- Provide pastoral and leadership direction to adults at the Rockwall Campus
- Participate and lead in campus-wide initiatives and events
Skills & Experience you’ve had:
- Experience leading a volunteer team of high capacity leaders
- Ability to recruit and develop potential leaders
- Comfortable calling people to take a next step in leadership and engagement
- Experience shepherding a wide demographic of people in spiritual conversations from a strong biblical knowledge
- Teachable spirit, humble - pursuing feedback and coaching
- BA or BS preferred
