Position: Central Student Pastor
Reports to: Central Next Gen Director

Summary of Position:The Central Student Pastor executes the vision, leadership, and strategic direction for Student Ministry across all campuses. This role exists to champion the spiritual formation of middle and high school students while equipping campus student pastors, leaders, and families through aligned strategy, leadership development, teaching, and ministry resources.
The Central Student Pastor leads with clarity, collaboration, and care to create engaging student environments, develop healthy ministry systems, and ensure consistency across all campuses. This role also invests in the growth and development of student staff and leaders by strengthening preaching, teaching, discipleship, and leadership culture throughout the ministry.

Proactive communicator who initiates mission-critical details inside and outside of weekly team meetings
Minimum of college degree, 5 years of relevant experience, and theological training preferred
Creative, organized, team-player, fast learner, committed to excellence
Essential Responsibilities:
Support the Next Gen Director by championing a unified vision and strategy for Student Ministry across all campuses
Lead, coach, and develop campus student pastors/directors and student ministry staff through regular meetings, training, and leadership development
Help develop and strengthen preaching and teaching within the student staff team
Work alongside the Next Gen Director to develop and oversee aligned student ministry systems, discipleship strategies, and ministry resources across campuses
Lead and support the execution of major student events including camps, retreats, trainings, and leadership gatherings
Oversee the planning, development, and execution of summer student mission trips alongside the Missions Pastor
Equip and empower parents as the primary spiritual leaders of their students
Maintain healthy ministry systems, communication rhythms, safety standards, and operational alignment across campuses
Evaluate ministry effectiveness and continuously improve through feedback, collaboration, and best practices
Other duties as assigned by the Central NextGen Director or Executive Team
