This position reports to: Campus Pastor

Key Responsibilities:
- Heart for Small Group Ministry & Campus Support
- Oversee all campus level small groups and effectively promote small groups through weekend in-service communication channels, social media platforms, and direct contact with congregation members
- Cultivate a culture of continuous improvement for Small Group ministry using feedback and data from program and small group participation
- Assist the Campus Pastor in leading weekend and First Wednesday services
- Assist with management of campus budget while maximizing use of resources
- Leadership Development
- Recruit new small group leaders and coaches
- Training and support of existing small group leaders and coaches
- Encourage teamwork, mutual respect and support, and spiritual leadership
- Strategic Implementation of Small Group Ministry
- Partner with the Pastor of Seacoast Small Groups to implement the mission and vision of Seacoast small groups at your campus
- Promote church-wide small group events: Annual Marriage conference, Chosen Womens conference, Mens Hike, etc.
- Analyze and measure attendance trends; develop and implement plans to maximize attendance
- Ensure timely follow up with individuals or couples who want to get connected to Seacoast using Ministry Platform
- Follow up with group leaders who have been assigned a new member(s)
- Assist in preparing for and participating in Connect Weekends
- Weekend Duties
- Assist the Campus Pastor in Weekend Experience services and leading the congregation to grow in relationship with Christ
- Meet, greet, and build relationships with the congregation during assigned Weekend services
- Lead Inside Track the 1st Sunday of the month
- Pastoral Duties
- Assist in pastoral counseling
- Assist in officiating weddings, funerals, baptisms, etc.
- Accountable Team Member
- Actively participate in weekly campus staff meeting; Attend 1-on-1 meetings with leader; attend monthly All Staff meeting
- Support the goals of the Campus by demonstrating teamwork and performing other duties as necessary
