Position Summary:TheStudentPastoris responsible forthe spiritual, strategic, and organizational leadership of the student ministry at Church360. This role oversees ministry to 7th - 12th grade students, manages student ministry employees and volunteers, and champions the vision of helping students find and follow Jesus.

Essential Duties and Responsibilitiesinclude but are not limited to the following:
- Lead and oversee the student ministry at Church 360.
- Champion the vision of helping students find and follow Jesus.
- Create environments where studentsencounterJesus, experience faith, and grow spiritually.
- Develop discipleship pathways through groups, serving, worship, teaching, and events.
- Plan and lead weekly student gatherings, small groups, retreats, camps, andspecial events.
- Oversee, manage, and develop student ministry employees.
- Recruit, train, and care for volunteers and small group leaders.
- Provide pastoral care, biblical guidance, and relational support to students and families.
- Partner with parents to encourage the spiritual growth of students.
- Teach biblical truth in a clear, engaging, and age-appropriate way.
- Manage ministry calendars, budgets, communication, and administrative systems.
- Ensure the ministry aligns with Church 360’s mission, values, and safety policies.
Qualifications:
Personal:
- Submits their life to God and the authority of His Word.
- Understands and supports Church360’sbeliefs, vision and values.
- Commits to continual growth, spiritual, personal and professional, and invests in the growth of others.
- Model the qualifications of an elder (1 Tim 3:1-7, Titus 1:6-9, 1 Peter 5:1-4).
- Model Biblical community in relationships (Matt 5:23-24, Matt 18:15-17, Eph. 4:25-32).
- Model Biblical family life before the body (Eph. 5:22-6:4).
- Model Biblical integrity in all things (1 Tim 6:11-12).
Knowledge and Skills:
- Experience working with youth, preferable in a ministry setting.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Ability to develop and motivate a team.
- Self-motivated and detailed oriented.
- Flexible, receptive to direction and efficient at managing multiple projects.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to respond effectively to sensitive inquiries and complaints.
- Handle confidential matters with integrity.
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Programs and ability to learn and use RockRMS (church database).
Education and Experience
- Preferably a bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university in Theology, Ministry or a related field OR
- 4+ years related experience, and/or training or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to sit, stand and walk for extended periods.
- Proficiency in typing and using office equipment (e.g. printers, scanners).
- Capability to lift and carry items up to 25 pounds.
- Ability to work night and weekends, as needed.
