About Company: Our client is seeking to hire a highly competent, trustworthy, proactive, discreet, and digitally savvy Executive Assistant to support the Office of the Senior Pastor.

The successful candidate will provide executive, administrative, travel, hospitality, and personal logistics support to the Senior Pastor, ensuring excellent organization, responsiveness, confidentiality, and seamless follow-through across assigned responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

§Manage the Senior Pastor’s calendar, appointments, counselling sessions, meetings, and schedules.

§Coordinate meetings, invitations, agendas, attendance confirmations, virtual meetings, minutes, action points, and reminders.

§Manage official and selected personal correspondence, including invitations, acknowledgements, appreciation letters, birthday greetings, donor correspondence, and other important communications.

§Maintain an organized digital filing and cloud-based document management system.

§Manage reception and hospitality for guests visiting the Senior Pastor’s office, including refreshments and general office readiness.

§Coordinate approved personal and household administrative obligations, including bills, routine procurements, vehicle fueling, and other assigned responsibilities.

§Support digital operations, including cloud storage, digital calendars, online meetings, electronic payments, appointment systems, email management, and productivity tools.

§Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, flight bookings, itineraries, check-ins, ground transportation, airport protocol, and related travel logistics.

§Coordinate assigned household and domestic logistics, including vehicle servicing, service providers, and other administrative needs.

§Ensure timely follow-up on assignments and proactively anticipate the Senior Pastor’s administrative needs.

Requirements

§Bachelor’s degree in any relevant discipline.

§3-5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Executive Administration, or a similar role.

§Proven experience supporting a senior executive, principal, business leader, or high-profile individual.

§Excellent organizational, communication, interpersonal, and time-management skills.

§Highly digitally savvy, with strong proficiency in calendars, email, cloud storage, online meeting platforms, and productivity tools.

§Strong attention to detail, discretion, confidentiality, and sound judgment.

§Proactive, service-oriented, emotionally intelligent, and able to anticipate needs without constant supervision.

§Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and work effectively under pressure.

§Experience with travel coordination, protocol, hospitality, and personal logistics will be an added advantage.
