Summary of Position:
A Ministry Apprenticeship is for individuals who sense a calling to vocational ministry and seek to develop ministry skills and gain the experience necessary to grow in their gifts. A Ministry Apprentice serves under the supervision of a Ministry Director and the guidance of a Pastor, and together, they will provide opportunities, feedback, and support to discern future ministry roles.

- Teachability and humility - willing to receive feedback and coaching
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Support Student Ministry Initiatives
- Help implement strategies for student engagement, discipleship, and growth.
- Support the execution of cross-campus student events and initiatives.
- Help with creating an environment that removes barriers and attracts high school students.
- Teaching occasionally on Wednesday nights.
