Summary of Position:
A Ministry Apprenticeship is for individuals who sense a calling to vocational ministry and seek to develop ministry skills and gain the experience necessary to grow in their gifts. A Ministry Apprentice serves under the supervision of a Ministry Director and the guidance of a Pastor, and together, they will provide opportunities, feedback, and support to discern future ministry roles.

- Hunger to grow and develop ministry skills and experience
- Teachability and humility - willing to receive feedback and coaching
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Support Fremont Campus Ministry Initiatives
- Assist in weekly Sunday follow-up
- Support the execution of Activate each month
- Help create inviting Campus and Community Outreach Events
- Practice good stewardship through Purchasing and Budgeting
- Support the Campus and leadership teams
Ministerial Licensing & Benefits
Apprentices may qualify for housing allowance upon approval of the Echo.Church Ministerial & Licensing Questionnaire, and be willing to perform the ministerial duties listed below.
Ministerial Duties include:
- Praying for and giving spiritual advice to others
- Leading others to worship by helping them serve with their gifts
- Teaching and leading Echo Groups
- Sharing the Gospel message with clarity
- Performing baptisms, funerals, and serving communion
- Officiating wedding ceremonies
