Objective
The Creative Video Producer captures and shares the story of God’s work through Boca
Community. This role is responsible for filming, editing, and producing visually compelling
content that celebrates life change and supports ministry across all digital platforms.
Video Production & Storytelling
• Film & Edit: Produce high-quality short-form and long-form content for services, social
media, and ministry initiatives.
• Capture Testimonies: Conduct thoughtful interviews and capture b-roll that highlights
spiritual transformation and authentic stories of faith.
• Technical Execution: Manage all aspects of production, including lighting, audio
recording, framing, and equipment maintenance.
• Platform Optimization: Tailor content for various channels while maintaining church
brand standards and visual tone.
Creative Collaboration
• Strategic Alignment: Partner with the Communications Director and Pastors to
prioritize stories that reflect church-wide initiatives.
• Project Management: Oversee multiple projects from concept to completion, ensuring
deadlines are met in a fast-paced environment.
• Innovation: Contribute creative ideas for stories, testimonials, ministry highlights, and
digital engagement strategies.
Ministry Leadership
• Discretion & Care: Handle sensitive stories with wisdom, integrity, and confidentiality.
• Stewardship: Organize and archive digital assets and maintain production equipment
responsibly.
• Mission Focus: Approach storytelling as a tool for discipleship, building faith within the
church and outreach to the community.
Qualifications
• Spiritual Maturity: A strong relationship with Jesus Christ and alignment with Boca
Community’s Statement of Faith.
• Technical Proficiency: Professional experience in filming and editing (Adobe Premiere
Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro).• Storytelling Instincts: Proven ability to conduct interviews and craft compelling
narratives from raw footage.
• Production Skills: Working knowledge of lighting, audio, and camera operation in
various environments.
• Relational Excellence: Strong communication skills and the ability to work
independently or within a collaborative team.
