PRODUCTION DIRECTOR POSITION
If you like this, this, and this — then the Production Director position at The Bridge Church may be the role for you!
OVERVIEW
The Bridge Church is a multisite church in Middle Tennessee that exists to be with Jesus and become like Him for the sake of the world. We are located in one of the fastest growing cities in the US. This growth, coupled with our desire to take more ground for the gospel, has created a growing need for a Production Director to build and develop teams who use their creative gifts to magnify Jesus.

The Production Director works to create moments where people experience the love of Christ — whether that be in video, photo, design, music, or production. This person will work “up” with the Executive Pastor of Worship & Experiences, “down” with an expanding team of volunteers and future staff, and “alongside” a driven Worship and Production team. The Production Director is responsible for recruiting and developing the next generation of production leaders in the church.
