Craig McKown started HR.church as a tool for churches to discover and empower great leaders to help build vibrant and healthy churches.
As the Lead Pastor of Strategy at The Bridge Church from 2019 to 2024 and the Executive Pastor from 2011 to 2018, Craig served, led, and built The Bridge from a community of a couple hundred to a multisite church of a few thousand alongside Pastor Josh Howerton.
Craig has honed his craft at building healthy staff teams and cultures, architecting staff structures and systems, leading through major leadership transitions, spearheading multiple building projects, launching residency programs, and overseeing multi-site strategy and expansion.
BUT, what he is most passionate about is serving and resourcing churches with the tools they need to solve problems so that they can focus on making a lasting Gospel impact in their communities and around the world.
