JOB SUMMARY
The Northwest Youth Lead Pastor provides overall leadership and strategic direction for Traders Point Youth (6th–12th grade) at the Northwest Campus. This role oversees the entire youth ministry and directly supervises the Northwest youth pastors currently serving at the campus.
The ideal candidate brings a mix of relational ministry experience and organizational leadership skills—capable of driving clarity, building healthy systems, and developing teams that disciple students with purpose and consistency. The Youth Lead plays a key role in aligning the campus team with our church-wide vision and ensuring that students and volunteers are well-pastored, equipped, and engaged.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
DUTIES/PRIMARY JOB PRODUCTS

Coach, encourage, and evaluate Youth Pastors, helping them grow in both spiritual and professional leadership

Design and implement systems for communication, leader care, follow-up, programming, and student discipleship

Ensure all campus youth environments (Midweek, Weekend, Youth Serve, Youth Night, Summer Camp) are resourced and executed with excellence

Engage with youth and families relationally, especially in moments of next steps, crisis, or celebration (i.e., baptism)
