Job Title: Studio and Resourcing Director

OBJECTIVE
To lead the strategic development and execution of musical content, studio projects and worship musician resourcing across all Church of Eleven22® campuses and supporting the Director of Worship Gatherings by aligning people, processes and creativity toward the church’s vision.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain a growing, authentic relationship with Jesus through ongoing spiritual disciplines (Bible reading, prayer, fasting, worship, confession and fellowship)
- Lead all aspects of studio production for Eleven22 Worship, including building teams, setting timelines and managing workflow for recording projects
- Cultivate a culture of collaboration and excellence in original song development, ideation pipelines, project timelines and evaluation processes
- Work closely with the Central Worship Gatherings Team to align studio and music timelines with ministry priorities, service planning and events
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Music Services (publishing) and DistroKid (distribution) for original worship content
- Provide vision and oversight for musical resourcing for all Eleven22 experiences, including musical/cultural development resources
- Operate in a "Producer/Co-Producer" role in collaboration with Studio Project Manager and Central Music Director on original music projects
- Collaborate with Central Worship Gatherings Team to ensure strong musical leadership and spiritual formation within the worship musician community
- Lead or direct worship teams as needed at weekend services and special events (retreats, nights of worship, weddings, celebrations of life, etc.)
- Ensure strong communication and follow-through on cross-functional initiatives within Worship, Film, Communications, Production and Service Programming teams
- Contribute to high-level planning for worship ministry goals and rhythm meetings with actionable outcomes

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

- Instrumental proficiency - strong musicianship and stage presence
- Skilled in organization, administration and interpersonal relationships
- Proficient in Logic Pro/Pro Tools, Microsoft Office, Ableton Live and Planning Center Online programs
- Demonstrated excellence as a worship leader with two+ years of experience growing a worship ministry
POSITION TYPE/EXPECTED HOURS OF WORK
This is a full-time (40 hrs/week), exempt position reporting to the Director of Worship Gatherings. Days and hours of work consist of (Monday, Thursday and Sunday) Services, Monday through Thursday, 8:30am to 5:00pm.
The church has several big events (“All-Skates”) throughout the year to help further the mission of Eleven22. These events are mandatory for all staff to be in attendance and may vary, depending on the vision cast for the current year.

WORK ENVIRONMENT
This role operates primarily in a remote or home-office setting and involves extensive use of computers, video conferencing platforms and digital communication tools. The role may also include occasional in-person meetings or team gatherings. Standard office equipment such as laptops, webcams, headsets and phones will be used regularly.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
This role would require the ability to lift equipment, up to 50 pounds, and bend or stand as necessary. This role can also be sedentary, involving extended periods of computer work and virtual meetings. Occasional travel or in-person support for events will be necessary.
MINISTERIAL EXCEPTION
The ministerial exception furthers the purposes of the Free Exercise and Establishment Clauses of the First Amendment by barring legal claims against church bodies by staff members who perform religious functions. All church pastors are subject to the exception, but a formal ministerial credential is not required. While there is no rigid formula to determine other church staff members that qualify, various factors are considered to determine which staff members are subject to the ministerial exception (please see handbook).
