The Southall Church Residency is a one-year program designed equip, empower, and prepare emerging leaders for what ministry looks like in the real world.
As a Resident, you’ll get hands-on experience, intentional mentorship, and spiritual growth opportunities—all while being part of a fun, passionate staff team on mission to deploy the next generation of leaders.
This program is perfect for recent grads, young leaders, or anyone exploring a call to ministry who wants to grow in character, leadership, and practical ministry skills.

Who: Recent college graduates or young professionals (19-26)
Where: Southall Church | Franklin, TN
Duration: 1-year program (June 2026 - May 2027)
Start Date: June 1, 2026
Time Commitment: Full-time (Sunday-Thursday)
Compensation: Salary and on-site housing (or host homes)
