At Liquid Church, we believe great ministry takes many hands working together with purpose and excellence. Behind every weekend service, baptism, outreach, and vision moment is a team working behind the scenes—and we’re looking for a Ministry Support Manager to lead that effort and the teams behind it.
This role is for a high-capacity, servant-hearted leader who loves rolling up their sleeves, taking ownership, and creating order so teams are set up for success and space is created for life change to happen.
This is a full-time, in-office role, generally 40 hours per week, Monday–Friday, reporting to the Pastor of Strategic Relations and partnering closely with ministry leaders, campuses, facilities, and volunteers.
This Might Be For You If…
You love supporting ministry through action, preparation, and practical problem-solving—partnering with teams to resource and prepare for their events.
You’re both operational and relational—you enjoy systems, logistics, and details, while also leading and working closely with volunteers and staff.
You bring contagious energy and positivity to your work, helping create a fun, encouraging environment where people love to serve.
You take pride in creating order, stewarding resources well, and pursuing excellence.
You thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced church culture and lead with humility, ownership, and a heart to serve.
