Objective
The Kids Minister of Operations is responsible for leading alongside the Kids team by equippinganddevelopingservestafftoexecuteEleven22Kidsservicegatheringsandpartnering with parents to be the primary disciple-makers of their kids.
Key Responsibilities
- Executeweekendservices alongside campus staff
- Conduct general ministerial responsibilities alongside the campus staffto shepherd and care for the Eleven22 families
- Supportin planning and executing Eleven22 Kids ministryevents
- Lead servestaff teams to reset, stock and maintain excellence in the kids space
- Lead in the stewardship of campus resources through the day-to-day oversight of campus budget, inventoryofsupplies and otherneedsin the ministryarea at San Pablo
- Lead alongside the Campus Minister of Operations at to implement SOPs in the kids space
- Overseesystemsforbackgroundchecks,safetyandsecurityprocedures,
- trainingandcareof serve staff
- Oversee metrics and analytics for Eleven22 Kids Ministry
- Oversee weekend serve staff schedule
- Other duties as assigned

Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Experience working with children in multiple settings
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
Days and hours would be based on the needs and events at thechurch, butwill usually be a Sunday-Thursday schedule.
The church has several big events, (“All-Skates”) throughout the year to help further the mission of Eleven22. These events are mandatory for all staff to be in attendance and may vary, depending on the vision cast for the current year.

Work Environment
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
Physical Demands
Thisrolewouldrequirelongperiodsofbeingonyourfeetandwalking.Aswellasoccasionaltimeswhere light lifting would be required.
Ministerial Exception
The ministerial exception furthers the purposes of the Free Exercise and Establishment Clauses of the First Amendment by barring legal claims against church bodies by staff members who perform religious functions. All church pastors are subject to the exception, but a formal ministerial credential is not required. While there is no rigid formula to determine other church staff members that qualify, various factors are considered to determine which staff members are subject to the ministerial exception (please see handbook).
