Objective
This role is responsible for advancing organizational effectiveness through the strategic leadership of data, business processes, technology adoption and AI integration. By partnering with ministry and operational leaders, this position develops governance standards, drives process improvement initiatives and implements solutions that enhance decision-making, operational transparency and ministry impact.
The role also leads change management, training and documentation efforts to ensure sustainable adoption of systems and processes while supporting audit readiness and organizational continuity.All of this work is carried out within the contextof an authentic and growing relationship with Jesus Christ.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain an authentic and growing walk with Jesus Christ through the ongoing spiritual disciplines of Bible reading, prayer, personal worship, fasting, confession and fellowship
- Lead the documentation and mapping of existing applications and data sources to drive the development of a unified data warehouse
- Partner with IT and ministry teams to define system requirements and improve enterprise data accessibility
- Drive the integration of automation tools within ministry workflows to enhance efficiency and streamline processes
- Assist with establishing and maintaining documentation standards to ensure system transparency, continuityand audit readiness
- Oversee the development of training resources and knowledge-sharing practices for new technology adoption across ministries
- Lead process reviews to identify opportunities for workflow optimization and recommend actionable improvements
- Define and govern data definitions, business rulesand critical metrics required for warehouse development
- Lead adoption strategy and change management for new systems and processes, ensuring ministry teams understand value and workflow changes
- Lead and develop AI training efforts, providing direction and oversight to drive AI adoption, integrationand optimization across ministry teams and organizations

Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics or a related field preferred
- Two to four years of experience in business analysis, data analysis or a similar role
- Exposure to automation tools or AI platforms (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, Claude, etc.) preferred
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position with work hours of Mondaythrough Thursday, 9am-5pm and Friday, 9am-12pm.
The church has several big events (“All-Skates”) throughout the year to help further the mission of Eleven22. These events are mandatory for all staff to be in attendance and may vary, depending on the vision cast for the current year.

Work Environment
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers and filing cabinets.
Physical Demands
This role is primarily sedentary and requires extended periods of sitting and working at a computer, including prolonged screen use. Occasional walking, light lifting of files or office materials and occasional bending or standing may be required
Ministerial Exception
The ministerial exception furthers the purposes of the Free Exercise and Establishment Clauses of the First Amendment by barring legal claims against church bodies by staff members who perform religious functions. All church pastors are subject to the exception, but a formal ministerial credential is not required. While there is no rigid formula to determine other church staff members that qualify, various factors are considered to determine which staff members are subject to the ministerial exception (please see handbook).
