Objective
To support the Worship Ministry at The Church of Eleven22 by faithfully executing worship services, leading consistently at assigned campuses and contributing to the health and development of worship teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain an authentic and growing walk with Jesus Christ through the ongoing spiritual disciplines of Bible reading, prayer, personal worship, fasting, confession and fellowship
- Assist the assigned campus worship leader by leading worship for services, rehearsals and special events as scheduled and remain available to support other Eleven22 campuses as needed
- Support campus worship leadership in the planning and execution of worship services, rehearsals, gatherings and special events through preparation, logistics and team communication
- Support the audition and onboarding process for new worship team members by participating in callbacks, helping evaluate new vocalists and musicians and welcoming new serve staff onto the team
- Walk alongside worship team members through encouragement, prayer and consistent communication and refer pastoral care needs to the appropriate campus or worship leader
- Support Central Worship ministries, including but not limited to:
- Update Planning Center resourcing in partnership with the Studio Team
- Providing administrative support
- Coordinating logistics and execution for day-to-day ministry operations
- Maintain Planning Center Online administration for assigned campus; scheduling musicians and tech volunteers, building service plans, uploading charts, MP3’s, lyrics and recordings, and confirming weekly rosters in advance of each service
- Contribute to a healthy, unified, gospel-centered worship culture by modeling humility, teachability and excellence with zero excess
- Available for campus pastoral ministry and other ministry opportunities as needed

Education and Experience

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Planning Center Online programs
- Demonstrated excellence as a worship leader with 2+ years of experience growing a worship ministry
Expected Hours of Work
Work Hours Expectations: 40 hours or more.
Schedule Expectations: Sunday through Thursday (hours may vary based on church needs to include working full weekends).
The church has several big events, (“All-Skates”) throughout the year to help further the mission of Eleven22. These events are mandatory for all staff to be in attendance and may vary, depending on the vision cast for the current year.

Work Environment/Physical Demands
Thisroleoperatesin a dynamic, multi-campus church environment and requires regular travel between locations based on ministry needs. Responsibilities include extended periods of standing, walking and leading from the platform, as well as frequent vocal use. The role also involves screen time for planning, scheduling and communication. Work is primarily performed during evenings and weekends, with flexibilityrequiredto meet changing service schedules and ministry demands.
Ministerial Exception
The ministerial exception furthers the purposes of the Free Exercise and Establishment Clauses of the First Amendment by barring legal claims against church bodies by staff members who perform religious functions. All church pastors are subject to the exception, but a formal ministerial credential is not required. While there is no rigid formula to determine other church staff members that qualify, various factors are considered to determine which staff members are subject to the ministerial exception (please see handbook).
