Objective
To providestrategic project management, operational execution and administrative coordinationfor the Pastor of Training and Equipping. This roleleadsthe coordination, systems andlogisticsof the School of Ministry(SOM) and other equipping initiatives, ensuring excellence from recruitment through development. The Equipping Project Manager also supports broader efforts, such as Growth Track, Ministry Licensing and Pastoral Ordination by managing communication, scheduling and preparing teaching materials and resources.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain an authentic and growing walk with Jesus Christ through the ongoing spiritual disciplines of Bible reading, prayer, personal worship, fasting, confession and fellowship
- Serve as the primary operational lead for the, coordinating logistics, systems, scheduling and communication across all tracks, classes, eventsand student experiences
- Manage application and onboarding processes for SOM students, including coordination with HR and Reliant, candidate communication and panel interview scheduling
- Partner with HR Recruiting and Communications to plan and execute recruiting trips, including travel coordination, itineraries and promotional materials
- Coordinate website and digital content updates for the SOM in collaboration with the Communications team
- Maintainaccuraterecords and reporting systems for applications, participation and graduation outcomes for SOM and licensing and ordination
- Track attendance, progressand engagement metrics for all participants in SOM and licensing and ordination
- Coordinate purchasing of required curriculum, equipmentand materials and reserve classroom and meeting spaces for classes, retreatsand events
- Pull reports andmaintaingeneral budget awareness toassistwith stewardship and forecasting
- Build and maintain a master calendar for equipping programs, providing calendar management, travel coordination and meeting preparation aligned with churchwide rhythms
- Support communication, scheduling, follow-upand meeting preparation for internal and external ministry partners, including agendas, notes and action item tracking as needed
- Support the development and organization ofdiscipleshipresources to include: teaching outlines, devotionals, digital content, etc.
- Manage financial administration for the Equipping Ministry area to include: budget tracking, reimbursements, invoice processingand reporting
- Ensure follow-through on cross-ministry projects and communication loops with other ministries
- Assistwithlogisticsand preparation for Growth Track, SOM events, licensing and ordination gatheringsand other Equipping initiatives
- Partner with the Operations and Hospitality teams for campus or churchwide events connected to the Sending and Equipping Ministry
- Represent the Equipping team in cross-ministry collaboration and churchwide initiatives

Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Three to five years of administrative or ministry experience, preferably in a church or educational environment
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
Work Hours Expectations: 40 hours or more.
Schedule Expectations: Monday through Friday from 9am–5pm (hours can vary based on events, classes or ministry needs).
The church has several big events (“All-Skates”) throughout the year to help further the mission of Eleven22. These events are mandatory for all staff to be in attendance and may vary, depending on the vision cast for the current year.

Work Environment/physical demands
This role operates primarily in a professional office environment with regular collaboration across teams and ministriesand occasional attendance at classes, meetings, retreats or ministry events. Standard office equipment and digital tools are used routinely. The position is largely sedentary and involves extended periods of computer work. Occasional standing, walking, bending and light lifting (up to 15 pounds) may be required to support meetings, classrooms or events.
Ministerial Exception
The ministerial exception furthers the purposes of the Free Exercise and Establishment Clauses of the First Amendment by barring legal claims against church bodies by staff members who perform religious functions. All church pastors are subject to the exception, but a formal ministerial credential is not required. While there is no rigid formula to determine other church staff members that qualify, various factors are considered to determine which staff members are subject to the ministerial exception (please see handbook).
