Objective
The Kids Discipleship Minister, Multisite helps families discover and deepen their relationship with Jesus Christ by equipping parents as the primary spiritual leaders of their children through innovative discipleship resources and tools. This role also supports the onboarding and training of Kids Ministers and serve staff, contributes to strategic systems and processesand plays a key role in developing resources and executing parent, familyand "big momentum events" throughout the year.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain an authentic and growing walk with Jesus Christ through the ongoing spiritual disciplines of Bible reading, prayer, personal worship, fasting, confession and fellowship
- Lead the planning, development and content creation for curriculum, family discipleship resources and other tools for Eleven22 Kids
- Plan and manage digital communication efforts for Eleven22 Kids and serve staff including weekly emails, coaching and huddle information
- Lead planning and execution of parent and family events, Eleven22 Kids offsites, team building gatherings and "big momentum events" in collaboration with campus teams
- Lead or support the development and improvement of internal ministry processes and systems including:
- Overhaul and ownership of the Eleven22 Kids Minister Manual
- Creation of a clear and replicable Eleven22 Kids Minister training and development process
- Organization of shadowing guides, onboarding touchpoints and one-pagers into a cohesive system
- Strategic support and rotation across campuses to maintain alignment with Eleven22 Kids vision
- Support onboarding and long-term development of Eleven22 Kids Ministry team members and serve Staff through improved processes, campus level training plans and accessible virtual training sessions
- Build and maintain systems that support weekly curriculum execution, including classroom guides, activity materialsand large group resources
- Manage digital discipleship content across social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, Spotify) to extend family ministry reach
- Serve as a resource and connector across campus Eleven22 Kids Ministry teams, fostering consistency in vision and practice
- Coordinate team meetings and maintain shared ministry resources in approved systems
- Assist with budget by building and tracking the Eleven22 Kids budget and approving credit card transactions for the team

Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Some college/additional schooling past high school
- Two to five years ofministry experience
Expected Hours of Work
Work Hours Expectations: 40 hours or more
Sunday through Thursday; hours may vary based on church needs and may include working full weekends.
The church has several big events, (“All-Skates”) throughout the year to help further the mission of Eleven22. These events are mandatory for all staff to be in attendance and may vary, depending on the vision cast for the current year.

Work Environment/Physical Demands
This job operates in a professional office and church environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones and photocopiers. The role may require occasional physical activity including setting up for events, lifting supplies or materials up to 25 pounds and moving between campus locations. Some travel may be required.
Ministerial Exception
The ministerial exception furthers the purposes of the Free Exercise and Establishment Clauses of the First Amendment by barring legal claims against church bodies by staff members who perform religious functions. All church pastors are subject to the exception, but a formal ministerial credential is not required. While there is no rigid formula to determine other church staff members that qualify, various factors are considered to determine which staff members are subject to the ministerial exception (please see handbook).
