Objective
The Senior Administrative Assistant at Blueprint1122 partners closely with the General Manager to bring clarity, structureand follow-through to a fast-moving business development and communications environment.
This role combines the precision of administrative support with the judgment and awareness of an executive assistant, managing details while keeping the broader context of time, communication and systems in view. The position exists to reduce friction, increase focus and ensure that internal and external commitments are carried out with excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain an authentic and growing walk with Jesus Christ through the ongoing spiritual disciplines of Bible reading, prayer, personal worship, fasting, confession and fellowship
- Organize and optimize the General Manager’s time and workflow by managing the calendar, traveland scheduling priorities to ensure focus on key initiatives and timely decisions
- Coordinate meetings and follow-through by preparing appropriate context, materials, documented next steps and CRM updates while managing inbound requests with discretion and urgency
- Prepare executive-level presentations and communications, including formatting, version control and document organization, ensuring materials are accurate and ready in advance of meetings, travelor client engagements
- Support executive-level reporting by pulling relevant information from the CRM and other systems to provide clear, accurate summaries and updates for internal leadership discussions
- Provide proactive high-level support by anticipating needs, tracking commitments and ensuring deadlines, follow-upsand key decisions are documented and advanced appropriately

Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, communications, operations or a related field preferred or equivalent professional experience
- Three to five years of experience supporting senior leaders in an administrative or executive support capacity
- Demonstrated experience managing complex calendars, meetings, travel and follow-through in a fast-paced environment
- Practical experience using CRM systems to enter, retrieve and interpret information in support of sales activity, client relationships and leadership reporting
Expected Hours of Work
Work Hours Expectations: 40 hours or more
Schedule Expectations: This position is typically Monday through Friday. When the General Manager is working on-site, this role is expected to be present to support meetings, coordination and real-time needs. Regular in-person availability during core working hours is essential, with flexibility to adjust hours or work occasional evenings or weekends based on ministry needs.
The church has several big events, (“All-Skates”) throughout the year to help further the mission of Eleven22. These events are mandatory for all staff to be in attendance and may vary, depending on the vision cast for the current year.

Work Environment/Physical Demands
This role is primarily office-based and involves standard administrative and computer work. Occasional light physical activity such as organizing materials or setting up meetings may be required. Some travel may be required.
Ministerial Exception
The ministerial exception furthers the purposes of the Free Exercise and Establishment Clauses of the First Amendment by barring legal claims against church bodies by staff members who perform religious functions. All church pastors are subject to the exception, but a formal ministerial credential is not required. While there is no rigid formula to determine other church staff members that qualify, various factors are considered to determine which staff members are subject to the ministerial exception (please see handbook).
