Objective
The Safety and Security Coordinator will perform administrative tasks and services supporting the IT Support, Data Operations, Data Analytics and Safety and Security ministries of the Operations Ministry team.
Key Responsibilities
Team coordination
- Assist in monitoring, assigning and coordinating IT, Data Operations, Data Analytics and Safety and Security tickets
- Create and maintain effective organization systems to support project and team management
- Manage budget preparation, expense reports, invoices, tracking, mileage, spending and completing timely reimbursements
Vendor coordination
- Assist with the planning and execution of projects
- Assist in responding to, screening and managing communication with vendors on various projects with the IT/Safety and Security Director
- Hosting vendors as needed
- Timely communication with vendors regarding current and upcoming projects
- Cost proposals and billing coordination
Organization and communication
- Responsible for periodical communication
- Respond to inquiries and comments
- Prepare and disseminate IT/Safety and Security overview to leadership as requested
- Provide administrative support for campus buildout projects
Administration
- Provide comprehensive administerial support to the IT/Safety and Security Director
- Prepare reports/notes for meetings with different ministry areas
- Update planner with notes and records
- Run monthly budget reports
- Assist with monthly expenses
- Other duties as assigned

Education and Experience
- High school diploma is required
- Experience with Information Technology and/or non-profit work is preferred
- 1-2 years of working, serving or leading in a ministry role preferred
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time, non-exempt position reporting to the Safety and Security Director. Days and hours of work are to be determined, but not to exceed 40 hours/week. A weekly schedule and rhythm will be determined in conversations with your manager.
The church has several big events, (“All-Skates”) throughout the year to help further the mission of Eleven22. These events are mandatory for all staff to be in attendance and may vary, depending on the vision cast for the current year.

Work Environment
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
Physical Demands
This is a minimally, physically demanding position and would require the ability to walk around the office, lift boxes, open filing cabinets and bend or stand as necessary.
Ministerial Exception
The ministerial exception furthers the purposes of the Free Exercise and Establishment Clauses of the First Amendment by barring legal claims against church bodies by staff members who perform religious functions. All church pastors are subject to the exception, but a formal ministerial credential is not required. While there is no rigid formula to determine other church staff members that qualify, various factors are considered to determine which staff members are subject to the ministerial exception (please see handbook).
